For years my students have asked,
"When are you going to take us on one of your wine trips?"
The answer is "now!"
I teach that experiential learning is the best. You learn wine culture by understanding what "goes into the bottle" before it arrives on your table. What better way to learn than by visiting wine regions with a Certified Specialist of Wine dedicated to wine education that includes food and culinary arts as well?
Trips are planned using local wine educators, winemakers, and regional resources for 4 nights/3 days and are put together for all-inclusive packages (or flexible packages that are part all-inclusive and part personal planning). These excursions include wine, food, lodging, transportation, VIP behind-the-scenes educational opportunities, and immersion into the local culture and attractions of the region. Prices vary by experience, but experiencing the moment is the priority on all trips.
